About the role
Join Busy Bees, the UK’s leading nursery group, as a Nursery Practitioner Level 2 in Wirral. You will support the intellectual, social and emotional development of children under five in an Outstanding rated nursery.
Key responsibilities
- Assist in planning and delivering educational activities that promote children’s development.
- Create a safe, stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
- Act as a Key Person, building partnerships with children and their families.
- Track and report on children’s progress through observations and assessments.
Required profile
- Level 2 qualification in early years education or childcare.
- Experience working with children under five.
- Empathy, strong communication and organisational skills.
Required skills
- Early years educational activity planning.
- Observation and assessment of child progress.
