Nursery Room Manager – Early Years Leader

About the role
We are opening a brand‑new Busy Bees nursery in Banbury this winter and are looking for a dedicated Nursery Room Manager to lead the new room. You will be a founding member of the team, shaping the culture and delivering high‑quality early years education for up to 110 children.
Key responsibilities
- Create engaging, age‑appropriate learning experiences for children.
- Lead, motivate and support the nursery team, fostering a collaborative environment.
- Build positive relationships with families and communicate children’s progress.
- Plan and deliver educational activities that encourage curiosity and development.
- Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, hygiene and regulatory compliance.
Required profile
- Level 3 qualification or higher in early years education.
- Experience working in an early years setting; supervisory experience preferred.
- Strong leadership, organisational and communication abilities.
