About the role
We are seeking an experienced and proactive Office Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of our Head Office in Central London. You will be the primary point of contact for all office‑related activities, ensuring a safe, organised, and welcoming environment that reflects our brand values.
Key responsibilities
- Act as the central hub for all Head Office operations, maintaining professional standards.
- Collaborate with the Facilities Manager on health & safety, compliance checks, and daily floor walks.
- Lead the reception function, manage meeting room bookings and arrange temporary admin cover.
- Oversee office supplies and kitchen stock across three London locations.
- Manage post‑room logistics, courier bookings and ensure seamless operations.
- Coordinate office projects such as team moves and space reorganisation, keeping detailed records.
- Maintain relationships with external service providers, monitor service levels and negotiate contracts.
- Support People team with staff forums, events and internal communications.
- Provide ad‑hoc executive assistance, including occasional PA cover for senior leaders.
Required profile
- Proven experience in office management and facilities coordination, preferably in a fast‑paced or creative environment.
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
- Calm under pressure, solution‑focused and hands‑on.
- Excellent communicator with strong interpersonal skills.
- Trustworthy and discreet when handling confidential information.
Required skills
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
- Experience with Outlook.
- Front‑of‑house/reception experience.
