Office Manager – Luxury Fashion Brand

About the role

We are seeking an Office Manager to oversee the day‑to‑day operations of two London offices for a luxury fashion brand. The role is highly operational and hands‑on, ensuring smooth workplace experience for both corporate and creative teams in a fast‑paced environment.

Key responsibilities

• Manage the daily running of two London office locations, including front‑of‑house teams.
• Maintain relationships with landlords, building management, utilities and office suppliers.
• Ensure office policies, health & safety standards, fire safety and security are up to date.
• Oversee office budgets, supplier contracts, expenses and purchasing processes.
• Coordinate maintenance, repairs, servicing and facilities compliance across the buildings.
• Administer office access systems, keys, security procedures and building communications.
• Lead sustainability and waste‑management initiatives.
• Support onboarding, office tours and workspace set‑up for new starters.
• Collaborate with creative, studio, HR and leadership teams on operational needs and internal events.

Required profile

• Previous experience as an Office Manager or in Workplace Operations, preferably within fashion, luxury or creative sectors.
• Experience supervising or managing Front of House teams.
• Strong organisational, multitasking and attention‑to‑detail abilities.
• Proven ability to manage suppliers, contractors and building‑related operations.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Professional, approachable and solutions‑focused mindset.
• Ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, time‑sensitive environment.
