Office & Marketing Manager

About the role

Join a leading AJ100 architectural practice in Liverpool as an Office & Marketing Manager. You will ensure the smooth day‑to‑day operation of the studio while supporting business development and marketing initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee office facilities, suppliers and internal systems.
• Provide executive support to senior leadership, including diary and meeting management.
• Assist with project administration, team coordination and bid preparation.
• Coordinate marketing activities such as website updates, social media, PR and staff events.
• Prepare presentations, award entries and other marketing materials.

Required profile

• 1‑2 years of experience in office management, business support or a similar role.
• Strong organisational and communication abilities.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast‑paced, creative environment.
• Excellent attention to detail and written communication skills.

Required skills

• Proficiency with Microsoft Office.
• Experience using Adobe InDesign.
• Familiarity with WordPress content management.
• Social media management experience.
