About the role
This senior O&M Manager position leads the high‑voltage operations and maintenance team for a specialist electrical engineering contractor. Based in Manchester, you will oversee contracts across the UK while enjoying a hybrid mix of office, site and remote work.
Key responsibilities
- Lead and develop the high‑voltage O&M team.
- Oversee maintenance contracts nationwide.
- Manage staff, day‑to‑day operations, client meetings and project delivery.
- Drive continuous improvement and growth as the department scales.
Required profile
- Management experience within electrical engineering.
- Strong background in operations and maintenance.
- Motivated by progression and willing to grow with the business.
- IOSH or NEBOSH certification.
Required skills
- SAP authorisation.
