Operations and Maintenance Systems Owner

About the role

Insite Energy is looking for an Operations and Maintenance Systems Owner to take end-to-end ownership of the BigChange platform and the wider Operations & Maintenance (O&M) systems. This role is not a traditional software product-owner position; it focuses on owning and continuously improving business-critical operational systems that support field work, maintenance, scheduling, compliance and reporting.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure O&M systems meet evolving business needs and deliver measurable improvements in efficiency and data quality.
• Identify, configure and optimise workflows within the BigChange platform and related SaaS tools.
• Collaborate with operational teams to translate real-world challenges into practical system enhancements.
• Engage stakeholders across the business, gather requirements and monitor user adoption.
• Measure and report on system performance, data integrity and operational outcomes.

Required profile

• Proven experience leading BigChange implementation and optimisation.
• Strong systems mindset with a focus on usability and practicality.
• Highly analytical with excellent data interrogation abilities.
• Advanced Power BI capability.
• Natural curiosity, attention to detail and structured problem-solving approach.
