Operations Associate – Planning & Supply Chain (Hybrid, London)

About the role

We are partnering with a fast‑growing climate‑technology company that is scaling sustainable home‑heating installations across the UK. As an Operations Associate you will specialise in either Planning or Supply‑Chain, ensuring each installation project moves smoothly from paperwork to delivery while supporting continuous process improvement.

Key responsibilities

• Manage installation documentation end‑to‑end, completing regulatory and compliance paperwork accurately.
• Maintain internal systems with meticulous attention to detail and chase missing information to keep projects on schedule.
• Coordinate equipment and material orders, placing orders on time and liaising with suppliers to guarantee availability.
• Resolve delivery issues quickly, identify recurring problems and propose process enhancements.
• Work closely with internal teams to streamline operations and support rapid business growth.

Required profile

• Highly organised and detail‑oriented with a passion for accuracy.
• Experience in operational or administrative environments where process adherence is critical.
• Comfortable handling documentation, compliance checks and supplier communication.
• Ability to spot inefficiencies and suggest improvements.
