About the role

We are seeking an Operations Manager to lead the delivery of a key refurbishment contract for a social housing client in Birmingham. The role focuses on driving operational excellence across refurbishment, maintenance and service delivery while ensuring compliance and quality.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee day‑to‑day operational activities to meet efficiency and quality standards for the refurbishment contract.
