Organisational Development Coordinator (12‑month maternity cover)

About the role

We are seeking an enthusiastic and highly organised Organisational Development Coordinator to join the Workforce & Organisational Development team on a 12‑month maternity cover. The role sits at the heart of our OD function, supporting learning and development initiatives that reach thousands of staff across the health board.

Key responsibilities

• Coordinate and deliver organisational development projects and learning activities.
• Assist in planning, scheduling and evaluating training programmes.
• Maintain OD documentation, records and reporting dashboards.
• Liaise with managers and staff to identify development needs and support implementation of OD strategies.
• Provide administrative support for flexible‑working arrangements and ensure compliance with health‑board policies.

• Ability to work collaboratively within an NHS environment.
