Paraplanner – Hybrid role in Horsham

About the role
We are seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join a nationally‑recognised Chartered IFA firm in Horsham. The position is full‑time and offers a hybrid working model with two days remote and three days in the office.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare and write suitability reports for client financial plans.
- Support financial advisers with research, analysis and documentation.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal policies.
- Maintain client records and update financial planning software.
Required profile
- Proven experience as a Paraplanner, preferably within an IFA environment.
- Ability to produce high‑quality suitability reports.
- Ideally working towards or holding a Chartered qualification.
- Experience with IO processes (training will be provided if required).

What we offer
- Salary range £45,000‑£52,000 per annum.
