Paraplanner – Up to £60k + Bonus in London

About the role

We are seeking a Paraplanner to join an award‑winning independent wealth planning firm in the City of London. The role supports a team of senior advisers handling high‑net‑worth clients and offers a clear pathway to Chartered status and future advisory responsibilities.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare cash‑flow models, investment proposals and pension reviews for client portfolios.
• Assist advisers with tax, estate, retirement and protection planning.
• Collaborate with the mortgage department and support the preparation of reports for assets ranging £200k‑£10m.
• Maintain accurate client records and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
• Participate in ongoing training and development programmes.

Required profile

• Minimum three years’ experience in paraplanning within wealth management.
• Demonstrated ability to work with high‑net‑worth individuals, families or SME owners.
• Motivation to achieve Chartered Financial Planner status.
• Willingness to work 2‑3 days per week on‑site after onboarding.
