We are seeking a Parking Finance Manager to join the Parking Service team. The role involves overseeing the financial management of parking operations, ensuring budgets are monitored and financial performance is accurately forecasted.

Key responsibilities

• Monitor and control the parking budget, ensuring expenditures align with allocated funds.
• Review financial data and perform detailed analysis to support decision‑making.
• Prepare outturn forecasts and report on financial performance against targets.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to ensure financial policies and procedures are adhered to.

• Demonstrated experience in financial management, budgeting and analysis.
• Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret financial data.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to work to tight deadlines.
