Part-Time Finance Director – Property

About the role

Our client, a privately‑owned property development firm based in London, is seeking a part‑time Finance Director to join the senior leadership team. Reporting directly to the CEO, you will work approximately two days a week in a flexible, hybrid arrangement, providing strategic financial guidance as the business scales.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse and optimise the group structure to support growth objectives.
• Oversee tax compliance and treasury functions, ensuring robust risk management.
• Collaborate with the CEO on corporate strategy, acquisitions and deal structuring.
• Lead negotiations and maintain relationships with lenders and financing partners.

Required profile

• Qualified finance professional (e.g., ACA, ACCA, CIMA) with experience in property or real‑estate businesses.
• Proven track record in senior finance roles, preferably as a Finance Director.
• Ability to work part‑time (up to 25 hours per week) and manage responsibilities independently.
• Hands‑on experience with tax matters and treasury oversight in a relevant sector.
