Partner Deployed Engineer (Europe)

About the role

Cognition is looking for a Partner Deployed Engineer to work across Europe. You will act as the technical bridge between Cognition’s AI platform and global systems integrators, helping them deliver AI‑driven solutions at scale.

Key responsibilities

• Own the technical success of GSI partners during onboarding, enablement, and large‑scale delivery of Devin and Windsurf.
• Collaborate with partner engineering and architecture teams to understand delivery models, tooling, and customer use cases.
• Enable partners to create repeatable solutions, accelerators, and reference architectures.
• Lead hands‑on technical trainings, workshops, and deep‑dive sessions for partner teams.
• Support partner‑led pilots and early production deployments, stepping in for complex integrations.
• Serve as the primary technical escalation point for security reviews, CI/CD pipelines, and enterprise workflow challenges.
• Build trust‑based relationships with partner technical leaders and capture field learnings to influence product road‑maps.
• Identify capability gaps and work with internal teams to close them.

Required profile

• Deep understanding of how Global Systems Integrators operate and deliver projects.
• Ownership mindset with a focus on partner outcomes.
• Strong technical depth to reason about real systems, not just demos.
• Ability to think at scale, preferring to enable many teams over doing work for one.

Required skills

• Experience with CI/CD environments.
• Knowledge of security review processes for enterprise deployments.
