Partner Director, EMEA

About the role

Redzone is seeking a senior Partner Director to shape and expand its partner ecosystem across the EMEA region. Reporting to the General Manager, EMEA, you will drive strategic partner recruitment, enablement, and revenue generation for the company’s connected workforce solution.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute a comprehensive partner strategy for EMEA, targeting technology partners, system integrators, and manufacturing consultants.
• Identify, recruit, and onboard new strategic partners, ensuring alignment with Redzone’s go‑to‑market plans.
• Create joint business plans, manage partner training, certification, and enablement programs.
• Drive partner‑sourced and partner‑influenced revenue, maintain a robust sales pipeline, and provide accurate forecasts using Salesforce.
• Collaborate with partners and Redzone’s marketing team to design and launch co‑marketing and demand‑generation initiatives.

Required profile

• Proven experience building and managing an EMEA‑wide channel business, preferably in manufacturing technology, IIoT, or consulting.
• Strong track record of achieving sales quotas through partner ecosystems.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management skills across multiple regions.
