Part‑time Housekeeper – 20 hrs/week

About the role

Greystar is seeking a reliable part‑time housekeeper to maintain the cleanliness and appearance of its residential community in Glasgow. Working 20 hours per week, you will help ensure a pleasant environment for residents and visitors.

Key responsibilities

• Clean reception areas, offices, common spaces, restrooms and other shared facilities.
• Perform daily litter picks in all external areas of the community.
• Refresh empty rooms, apartments and show flats throughout the day to keep them market‑ready.
• Conduct weekly deep‑clean flush‑downs of vacant units in line with health‑and‑safety policies.
• Assist the Community Manager with make‑ready tasks and respond to resident queries.
• Report hazards, maintenance issues and supply needs to the appropriate team.

Required profile

• Ability to read and write English to understand safety labels and procedures.
• Attention to detail and a proactive approach to cleanliness.
• Team‑oriented attitude and willingness to support colleagues.
