Part‑time Quantity Surveying Lecturer (3 days/week)

About the role

We are looking for an enthusiastic Quantity Surveying Lecturer to join a university‑awarded, RICS‑accredited BSc (Hons) programme on a part‑time basis. The role involves three days per week of teaching and curriculum support, helping to shape the next generation of construction professionals.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver engaging lectures and tutorials for the Quantity Surveying degree programme.
• Work closely with the Programme Manager to develop and improve course content.
• Implement flexible teaching methods to suit diverse learning styles.
• Assess student work and provide constructive feedback.

Required profile

• Current Chartered Quantity Surveyor (RICS).
• Relevant degree in Quantity Surveying.
• Experience delivering and assessing Quantity Surveying material, preferably in Further Education.
• Teaching qualification desirable, or willingness to work towards one.
