Part‑time Sales Consultant – Luxury Fragrance Retail

About the role

Join Molton Brown’s luxury fragrance and body‑care concession at Fenwick's in Tunbridge Wells as a Sales Consultant. Working 15 hours a week, you will help customers discover and enjoy premium products while representing a globally recognised brand.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome and guide customers through the range of fragrances, bath, shower and home scenting products.
• Provide personalised recommendations that match individual lifestyle needs.
• Support the store’s commercial and operational goals, helping to achieve sales targets.
• Maintain the presentation and cleanliness of the concession counter.
• Process transactions accurately and handle product samples responsibly.

Required profile

• Reliable and punctual, with a strong team‑player attitude.
• Enthusiastic about delivering an exceptional, personalised customer experience.
• Willingness to learn product knowledge and store procedures.
• Ability to work flexible part‑time hours, including weekends if required.
