About the role
We are looking for a detail‑oriented Payroll Assistant to join our team in Aberlour on a permanent, part‑time basis. You will support the payroll function by handling data entry, calculations and maintaining accurate employee records.
Key responsibilities
- Assist with the end‑to‑end payroll processing, ensuring accurate calculations and timely payments.
- Input and verify employee data, including hours worked, leave, and deductions, while maintaining confidentiality.
- Maintain organised records of employee information, timesheets and payroll documentation.
- Support related administrative tasks involving driver hours, human resources and payroll functions.
Required profile
- Strong data‑entry abilities with a high level of attention to detail.
- Analytical skills to spot discrepancies and resolve issues efficiently.
- Basic understanding of payroll procedures and compliance is desirable.
- Excellent organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
