Personal Trainer – Full‑time, London

About the role

Ultimate Performance (UP) is seeking passionate personal trainers to join its London team. You will work full‑time delivering the UP Method – a data‑driven, science‑based training system that drives measurable client transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Deliver one‑to‑one personal training sessions using the UP Method.
• Design and adjust client‑specific workout and nutrition plans.
• Track client progress with data‑focused tools and provide regular feedback.
• Maintain a high level of professionalism during early‑morning and late‑evening sessions.
• Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and development programmes.

Required profile

• Hands‑on experience as a personal trainer.
• Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
• Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
• Strong passion for helping clients achieve measurable results.
• Growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional development.
