About the role
Ultimate Performance (UP) is seeking passionate personal trainers to join its London team. You will work full‑time delivering the UP Method – a data‑driven, science‑based training system that drives measurable client transformation.
Key responsibilities
- Deliver one‑to‑one personal training sessions using the UP Method.
- Design and adjust client‑specific workout and nutrition plans.
- Track client progress with data‑focused tools and provide regular feedback.
- Maintain a high level of professionalism during early‑morning and late‑evening sessions.
- Participate in ongoing training, mentoring and development programmes.
Required profile
- Hands‑on experience as a personal trainer.
- Level 3 Personal Training qualification (or equivalent).
- Legal right to work in the UK (no visa sponsorship).
- Strong passion for helping clients achieve measurable results.
- Growth mindset and commitment to continuous professional development.
