Planner – Operations & Supply Chain

About the role

CMR Surgical is seeking a Planner to coordinate demand, supply, manufacturing and distribution plans for its next‑generation surgical robotic systems. The role is hybrid, requiring at least three days per week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute planning activities for material and finished‑goods manufacture and supply.
• Monitor manufacturing and logistics activities to ensure smooth operations.
• Mitigate supply‑chain shortages and implement recovery plans when needed.
• Collaborate across all Operations functions to balance near‑term demand and supply across global regions.
• Assess change‑control impacts and facilitate implementation.
• Contribute to Netsuite development within Operations.
• Support any logistics tasks that help the team meet its objectives.

Required profile

• Experience in inventory management, risk/exception management and change management.
• Self‑starter with resilience, strong planning and analytical abilities.
• Problem‑solving mindset focused on continuous improvement.
• Ability to manage own projects while working collaboratively.
• High attention to detail and strong analytical skills.
• Degree in a relevant discipline or equivalent professional experience.
• Experience working with ERP systems, preferably Netsuite or SAP.
