PPC & SEO Manager – Sports

About the role

We are a fast‑growing agency specialising in the sports sector, looking for a PPC & SEO Manager to lead both paid and organic search for our portfolio of sports brands. Working in a hybrid setting from our London office, you will turn data into actionable strategies that drive traffic, engagement and revenue.

Key responsibilities

• Plan, build and optimise PPC campaigns on Google Ads and Microsoft Ads, managing budgets, bids, keywords, audiences and ad copy.
• Develop and execute SEO strategies covering technical, on‑page and content optimisation.
• Conduct keyword research, competitor analysis and SEO audits to improve rankings and visibility.
• Monitor performance metrics such as CPA, CPC, CTR, conversions and ROAS using GA4, Google Search Console and other analytics tools.
• Produce clear performance reports and actionable recommendations for clients.
• Collaborate with content, creative and client teams and stay up‑to‑date with search trends and AI developments.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years of hands‑on experience in PPC and SEO, preferably agency‑side.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with a commercial mindset.
• Excellent communication skills for presenting results and recommendations to clients.
• Interest in sport and the wider sports industry.
