Premium Outlet Manager – Hospitality

About the role

The Premium Outlet Manager will lead the delivery of exceptional food and beverage experiences across Co‑op Live’s premium hospitality outlets and event operations. You will be responsible for operational excellence, team development and driving commercial performance in both event and non‑event settings.

Key responsibilities

• Lead food and beverage operations for matchdays, concerts, events and regular days, ensuring high service standards, quality, presentation and compliance.
• Use guest feedback and operational data to identify continuous‑improvement opportunities.
• Coach, mentor and develop supervisors and team members, fostering a culture of accountability and inclusion.
• Manage labour planning, stock control and cost‑management activities to maximise profitability and reduce agency reliance.
• Champion guest experience by responding proactively to feedback and service challenges.
• Build strong relationships with culinary, logistics, retail and other operational teams across the Etihad Campus.

Required profile

• Proven experience in hospitality or food‑and‑beverage management, preferably in a high‑volume, event‑focused environment.
• Strong leadership and people‑development skills with a focus on team engagement.
• Commercial acumen with the ability to drive spend per head, profitability and operational efficiency.
• Excellent problem‑solving attitude and a commitment to delivering outstanding guest experiences.
