Front of House Team Member – Restaurant

About the role

Join Zizzi’s Front of House team and be the first friendly face our guests see. You’ll help create memorable dining experiences by greeting customers, serving food and drinks, and ensuring the restaurant runs smoothly.

Key responsibilities

• Welcome guests, manage reservations and guide them through the menu.
• Prepare and serve cocktails and beverages at the bar.
• Deliver dishes to tables with attention to presentation.
• Support both front‑of‑house and back‑of‑house staff to keep operations on schedule.
• Maintain a clean, attractive dining environment in line with Zizzi standards.
• Uphold Zizzi’s values of growth, individuality, drive, togetherness and fun.

Required profile

• Passion for food and a strong knowledge of the menu.
• Enthusiastic, customer‑focused attitude.
• Team player who takes pride in delivering excellent service.
