Pricing Assistant – Luxury Fashion (London)

About the role

We are seeking a Pricing Assistant to join the Merchandising team of a leading global luxury fashion e‑commerce business. The role supports pricing strategy, promotional activity and reporting, helping to drive commercial performance in a fast‑paced retail environment.

Key responsibilities

• Support the setup and execution of promotional campaigns in partnership with Merchandising and Site Trading teams.
• Analyse pricing performance, promotional effectiveness and broader commercial initiatives, producing regular reports and identifying trends.
• Execute pricing changes and promotional updates accurately, collaborating with Buying and Site Trading to maintain pricing integrity across systems.
• Validate pricing updates, investigate issues and act as the first point of contact for pricing‑related queries.
• Assist with process improvements, testing and implementation of new pricing tools and system enhancements.

Required profile

• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with high attention to detail.
• Proficiency in Excel, including Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP.
• Interest in pricing, commercial analytics and business performance.
• Comfort working with large data sets and turning data into actionable insights.
• Proactive, inquisitive and eager to learn new systems and technologies.
• Effective communication skills and ability to build relationships across teams.
• Previous experience in retail, e‑commerce, merchandising, pricing or analytical roles.
