About the role
We are seeking enthusiastic Primary Teaching Assistants to support schools across Birmingham. In this role you will work closely with class teachers to create a supportive and engaging learning environment for young learners.
Key responsibilities
- Assist the class teacher in delivering engaging lessons.
- Provide one‑to‑one and small‑group support to pupils.
- Help prepare classroom materials and organise activities.
- Support children’s academic progress and social development.
- Contribute to a positive, inclusive classroom atmosphere.
Required profile
- Experience working with children in a school or similar setting (desirable).
- Patient, caring, and proactive attitude.
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities.
- Genuine passion for supporting children’s education.
