Principal Change Manager – Senior Organizational Change Lead

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Principal Change Manager to lead and support complex, high‑impact organisational change initiatives across a diverse portfolio of transformation activity. This senior role operates at both strategic and delivery levels, partnering with senior leaders, project and programme teams and operational stakeholders to ensure change is planned, adopted and embedded.

Key responsibilities

• Lead change management activity across complex, high‑impact organisational change initiatives.
• Develop and implement change strategies and plans that support successful adoption and sustainable outcomes.
• Assess people and organisational impacts of changes to operating models, culture, processes, systems and roles.
• Partner with project, programme and delivery managers to embed change activities into delivery plans.
• Identify and manage resistance, adoption risks, dependencies and competing priorities.
• Support benefits realisation, value creation, ROI and achievement of intended business outcomes.
• Coach and mentor colleagues, delivery teams, change agents and operational stakeholders.

Required profile

• Significant experience leading complex organisational change initiatives.
• Extensive practical knowledge of change management methodologies, tools and approaches.
• Strong experience in stakeholder engagement, organisational design and adoption strategies.
• Experience working across portfolios and managing complex organisational impacts and dependencies.
• Understanding of how change integrates with project and programme delivery.
• Excellent consulting, facilitation, coaching and influencing skills.
• Ability to define and measure change success and track benefits.
• Proven ability to work effectively with senior leaders, executives and sponsors.
• Resilience, tenacity and flexibility to navigate complex, ambiguous environments.
