About the role
This remote position supports a specialist high‑net‑worth (HNW) team, handling household and private‑client insurance claims from start to finish. You will be the main point of contact for brokers, insurers and policyholders, ensuring a fast, high‑quality service.
Key responsibilities
- Manage claims from notification through settlement (cradle‑to‑grave).
- Serve as the primary liaison for brokers, insurers and policyholders.
- Support field adjusters to keep the claims process smooth and efficient.
Required profile
- Proven experience in domestic property claims.
- Ability to stay calm, credible and clear when dealing with high‑expectation clients.
- Possession of, or willingness to obtain, CII or CILA certification.
Required skills
- Understanding of high‑net‑worth/private client insurance policies.
- Domestic property claims handling expertise.
