About the role
We are looking for a passionate Process Technologist to join our food production team in Manchester. If you love baking and have experience in a process‑focused environment, this role offers a unique opportunity to develop your skills across multiple departments.
Key responsibilities
- Receive comprehensive training from an experienced senior team.
- Work closely with Technical, Quality and Operations departments.
- Engage with retailers and support product launches.
- Assist in scaling up customer‑approved bakery concepts.
- Contribute to a broad range of bakery product development.
Required profile
- Degree level education in a relevant food industry discipline.
- Bright, determined and resilient attitude.
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team.
- Prior experience in a baking environment.
