Procurement Manager – Consulting Services (Global)

About the role

The Procurement team is building a global platform for high‑quality purchasing solutions. We are looking for an experienced Procurement Manager to lead the Consulting Services category across the United States, EMEA, and Latin America, ensuring cost‑effective deals and strong supplier performance.

Key responsibilities

• Lead sourcing for Consulting Services firms across EMEA, North America and Latin America, evaluating expertise, experience and cost.
• Develop and optimise procurement processes to boost efficiency, governance and cost‑effectiveness.
• Partner with business leaders to define procurement strategies and deliver scalable, commercially sound solutions.
• Conduct market and industry analysis, using data and benchmarking to identify high‑quality, cost‑effective suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance and deliverables, establishing clear KPIs to drive competition, efficiency and continuity of supply.
• Analyse data to identify trends, risks and improvement opportunities, presenting evidence‑based recommendations.
• Influence cross‑functional stakeholders and senior leadership in a fast‑paced, matrixed environment.

Required profile

• 3+ years experience in management/strategy consulting or 5+ years in a relevant procurement role, including work with consultancies.
• Strong understanding of sourcing and procurement principles and best practices.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Strong analytical and project‑management skills.
• Comfortable working in ambiguous environments and managing change.
• Willingness to travel within the region or internationally as required.
