Procurement & Supply Chain Director – UK&I

About the role

We are seeking a senior leader to head procurement and supply chain for Selecta’s UK & Ireland operations. Reporting to the Managing Director, you will drive the end‑to‑end supply‑side performance, aligning supplier strategy, commercial outcomes and logistics to deliver EBITDA growth.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute procurement strategy to expand gross margin and leverage supplier relationships.
• Oversee inventory, depot operations and product availability across the national estate.
• Optimize working capital, inventory levels and cost‑to‑serve through logistics and supply‑chain transformation.
• Build strategic supplier partnerships and commercial trading models.
• Support category growth, premiumisation and coffee‑led margin expansion.
• Collaborate with Group Supply Chain and Chief Procurement Officer to align country‑level direction with global objectives.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in procurement, supply chain or logistics within a large, multi‑site organisation.
• Track record of delivering margin expansion and EBITDA improvement.
• Strong commercial acumen and ability to influence cross‑functional decision‑making.
• Experience managing national inventory, depot networks and supplier performance.
