Product Manager – AI Agent Development

About the role

As a Product Manager for Agent Development at Sierra, you will partner with engineers and enterprise customers to design, build, and ship AI agents that handle thousands of daily conversations.

Key responsibilities

• Build enterprise‑grade AI agents in close collaboration with engineering and customers.
• Engage with customers at all levels to discover requirements, present demos, and solve technical challenges.
• Shape the product roadmap by scoping and implementing new features essential for customer success.

Required profile

• 5‑7+ years of experience developing highly technical products, at a senior product‑manager level.
• Proven ability to craft and deliver technical messages to executives and non‑technical audiences.
• Degree in a technical field or equivalent professional experience; MBA or similar is a plus.
• Experience with AI‑related products or agents is highly desirable.
