Product & Research Executive

About the role

Citywire is looking for a proactive Product & Research Executive to support the integrity of its data platforms and drive client success. You will work at the intersection of data analysis, investigative research, and client engagement, helping to keep our wealth‑management tools accurate and reliable as we expand globally.

Key responsibilities

• Source information from annual reports and financial statements to extract AUM metrics.
• Maintain day‑to‑day health of data products, ensuring platforms run smoothly and remain trusted resources.
• Update critical data points across GFI and MPS platforms with a target of 100% accuracy.
• Serve as the primary contact for client requests, including onboarding new users and completing research tasks.
• Research financial institutions to identify emerging trends in wealth management and private banking.

Required profile

• Investigative mindset with a proactive approach to locating information in complex financial documents.
• Previous experience in research, analysis, or support roles, preferably within finance or data sectors.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills for client and stakeholder interaction.
• Interest in financial services; knowledge of European banks or MPS is a plus.

Required skills

• Advanced Microsoft Excel, including VLOOKUP and pivot tables.
