Production Operative – Team Member 2 (Night Shift)

About the role

Join the iconic biscuit factory in London as a Production Operative (Team Member 2) on a night‑shift roster. You will work within a supportive team to operate machinery, perform quality checks and help maintain high production standards for beloved brands such as Hobnobs, Rich Tea and Mini Cheddars.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out all pre‑start checks and product quality evaluations throughout the shift.
• Control and operate a variety of processes and equipment to the highest safety and quality standards.
• Set up equipment and machinery, complete changeovers, and ensure correct documentation.
• Perform shift handovers and maintain accurate records.
• Train peers and new operatives on equipment use and procedures.
• Diagnose basic problems and work with the team to resolve issues.
• Ensure efficient operation of packing equipment while meeting quality targets.
