Production Operative – Temporary Full‑Time

About the role
We are looking for a reliable Production Operative to join our Newbury workshop on a short‑term basis. The role involves hands‑on work in a busy manufacturing environment, with an immediate start and a Monday‑to‑Friday schedule.
Key responsibilities
- Prepare materials for the manufacturing process.
- Carry out finishing processes such as taping, drilling, sanding, cutting and scraping.
- Conduct quality checks and ready finished products for dispatch.
- Pack goods safely and accurately for shipment.
- Assist with loading and unloading vehicles as required.
- Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop.
Required profile
- Practical, hands‑on approach to work.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Comfortable working in a production or workshop setting.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
What we offer
- Immediate start.
- Competitive pay rate of £12.71 per hour.
- Full‑time Monday‑to‑Friday schedule (9:00 am – 4:00 pm).
