Production Operative – Timber Assembly

About the role

We are looking for a Production Operative to join our timber assembly line in Rodley, Leeds. No prior experience is required – full training will be provided so you can start building sheds, summerhouses and log cabins quickly.

Key responsibilities

• Build timber products using hand tools and machinery such as nail guns and saws.
• Work on a production line to meet daily output targets while maintaining high quality.
• Follow standard processes to keep re‑work low and quality high.
• Handle materials safely and efficiently.
• Keep your work area clean, organised and safe.

Required profile

• Reliable with strong attendance.
• Hands‑on and practical.
• Comfortable working in a fast‑paced, physical environment.
• Willing to learn and take instruction.
• Team player who takes pride in their work.
