Project Controller

About the role

Ocean Infinity is looking for a Project Controller to strengthen financial control across internal and external projects. The role sits at the intersection of finance and delivery, supporting project governance, forecasting and analysis throughout the project lifecycle.

Key responsibilities

• Partner with Project Managers to ensure accurate project valuation and understand financial impact of project events and changes.
• Participate in project meetings to provide financial insight, challenge assumptions and support decision‑making.
• Hold regular review sessions with Project Managers to assess project status, timelines and financial performance.
• Produce weekly project status reports highlighting key events, risks and variances.
• Support monthly project valuation processes in line with accounting standards and manage project cash flows.
• Ensure correct intercompany project postings and appropriate financial treatment.
• Prepare and present financial reports covering revenue, costs and variances against budgets and forecasts, with clear commentary.
• Assist with annual budgeting and forecasting, month‑end and year‑end close activities, reconciliations and documentation.
• Provide documentation and explanations to support internal and external audits.
