About the role
The Project Coordinator will support a global managed service provider’s telecoms client, overseeing on‑site upgrades, overnight migrations and change management activities across multiple locations. This contract role is focused on coordinating hardware logistics, tracking change requests and maintaining project documentation.
Key responsibilities
- Coordinate on‑site upgrade and overnight migration activities across multiple sites.
- Raise, monitor and manage Change Requests (CRQs) within the change management process.
- Log and track changes using Remedy/Ace to ensure compliance.
- Manage hardware stock levels and support logistics planning for engineering teams.
- Maintain and update Excel‑based trackers, reporting documents and project records.
Required profile
- Strong background in telecoms operations and change management.
- Proven experience raising and managing CRQs in a live operational environment.
- Understanding of change management and governance processes.
- Eligibility for Security Clearance (SC) or willingness to obtain it immediately.
Required skills
- Experience with Remedy or Ace ticketing and change management systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel for tracking and reporting.
