Project Manager - Campaigns & Content

About the role

Burberry is seeking a Project Manager to lead the planning and delivery of marketing content across global and regional markets. You will work closely with marketing, creative, production and wider business teams to ensure seamless coordination from concept to delivery.

Key responsibilities

• Manage end‑to‑end delivery of brand and content projects, including regional briefs.
• Act as the central coordination point across marketing, creative operations and regional teams, maintaining clear communication.
• Partner with creative operations to support workload planning, prioritisation and day‑to‑day delivery.
• Support production and post‑production timelines to ensure assets are delivered on schedule and in the correct format.
• Build trusted relationships with stakeholders, capture requirements and manage expectations throughout the project.
• Identify senior leadership reviews, set clear agendas and protect timelines.
• Identify and manage risks, issues and dependencies early, escalating when needed.
• Ensure projects adhere to legal requirements, brand guidelines and internal processes.
• Support regional teams on campaign activations by guiding timelines, milestones and handover.
• Maintain accurate project documentation and keep information visible for all stakeholders.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in a project management role, ideally within a creative, marketing or brand‑led environment.
• Strong understanding of content production processes.
