Marketing Manager – Brand & Campaign Lead

About the role

Sarah Chapman is seeking a proactive, data‑driven Marketing Manager to own and execute the brand and commercial strategy. You will lead end‑to‑end campaign delivery, manage the marketing calendar and ensure seamless coordination across all channels as the brand continues its global expansion.

Key responsibilities

• Own the full marketing calendar, balancing seasonal campaigns, product launches, partnerships, retail activations and brand moments.
• Lead 360° campaign planning and execution, managing workflows, approvals and cross‑functional alignment.
• Write clear briefs for creative, digital, PR, customer service and agency partners.
• Oversee BAU marketing activities including content calendars, email, paid social and in‑store materials for acquisition and retention.
• Collaborate with e‑commerce, retail, product development and operations teams to ensure cohesive execution.
• Track KPIs, monitor performance and provide data‑driven optimisation recommendations.
• Assist with marketing budget tracking to ensure efficient spend and strong ROI.
• Manage PR agency performance against KPIs and maintain brand standards.
• Champion the Sarah Chapman aesthetic and tone of voice across all touchpoints.
