Project Manager – Cybersecurity

About the role

CyberOne is seeking a proactive Project Manager to lead cybersecurity engagements for enterprise clients. You will be responsible for planning, executing and closing projects that deliver Microsoft security solutions such as Defender XDR, Sentinel, Entra, Purview and Intune. The role combines technical oversight with client‑facing coordination in a hybrid London‑based environment.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the end‑to‑end project lifecycle for multiple cybersecurity initiatives, ensuring scope, schedule and budget compliance.
• Coordinate internal delivery teams, client stakeholders and third‑party vendors to achieve project milestones.
• Oversee implementation of monitoring, threat detection, incident response and compliance management services.
• Track project risks and issues, provide status reporting to the Operations Director and drive corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with relevant security standards and regulations.
• Promote best practices and continuous improvement across the managed‑services portfolio.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing complex cybersecurity or IT security projects.
• Strong understanding of Microsoft security portfolio and managed‑services delivery models.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a hybrid setting.
• Demonstrated ability to manage budgets and resources effectively.
