Project Manager – Major Projects

About the role

We are looking for a Project Manager to join our Clapham, London team. The role is accountable for managing scope, schedule and budget of major projects, and for ensuring continuous, proactive collaboration with customers and internal stakeholders.

Key responsibilities

• Ensure KONE business success and customer satisfaction through professional stakeholder management.
• Plan, direct and coordinate project activities, maintaining integrated project planning with customers and KONE full‑chain teams.
• Manage project deliverables, monitor progress, and report status to KONE management and customers.
• Identify, mitigate and plan for operational and financial risks, including cash‑flow and revenue management.
• Drive Sales‑to‑Operations handover quality, oversee handovers to Customer and Maintenance, and close projects.
• Maintain master action log, lessons‑learned documentation and ensure sufficient resourcing and competencies.
• Promote safety and security awareness among employees and subcontractors, complying with KONE and customer policies.

Required profile

• Project management background.
• Customer relationship management experience.
• Project financial management, including cost control.
• General contractual understanding and end‑to‑end delivery process knowledge.
• Understanding of relevant laws, standards, norms and other requirements.
• Excellent written and spoken English communication skills.
