Project Manager – Manufacturing (Hybrid, £50k‑£55k)

About the role

This is a hybrid Project Manager position within a leading architectural glazing and aluminium manufacturing business. You will split your time between the office and site, coordinating bespoke fabrication projects and supporting a growing team.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain detailed project plans, timelines and budgets for each contract.
• Oversee site installations, coordinating materials, contractors and on‑site staff.
• Organise contract staff and manage the office/site split on a Monday‑Friday schedule.
• Create and review fabrication drawings for bespoke aluminium and steel products.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project or contracts management within manufacturing or construction.
• Comfortable with a hybrid working pattern and nationwide travel.
• Ability to manage both people and technical project elements.

Required skills

• Fabrication drawing creation for aluminium and steel components.
• Knowledge of aluminium and steel manufacturing processes.
