Project Manager – Remote (UK)

About the role

Kelly is seeking a remote Project Manager to provide project management and analytical support to the RPO Operational Excellence team on a global basis. You will work in a collaborative matrix environment, helping to deliver new client implementations, operational excellence initiatives, and program‑specific projects across multiple regions.

Key responsibilities

• Support end‑to‑end implementation and governance for RPO new client roll‑outs, operational excellence initiatives, and consulting engagements.
• Maintain detailed project plans, track milestones, prepare weekly dashboards, and conduct project tollgates.
• Identify and manage risks, lead project meetings, and provide overall project oversight.
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, internal stakeholders, operational teams, and Centers of Excellence.
• Assist with process improvement initiatives, compliance audits, performance tracking, and continuous improvement activities.
• Document current technology capabilities and flag opportunities for enhancement.

Required profile

• Proven experience in project management within a matrix or global environment.
• Strong analytical skills and ability to support governance and compliance activities.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder‑management abilities.
• Willingness to develop subject‑matter expertise in recruitment technologies and become certified on relevant platforms.

Required skills

• Familiarity with ATS platforms such as Workday, Taleo, Oracle, SuccessFactors, iCims.
• Experience with CRM systems and scheduling software.
• Knowledge of AI tools and related recruitment technologies.
• Ability to work with Sevayo Insights & AI or similar analytics platforms.
