Project Manager – Up to £46k + Bonus, Hybrid (London)

About the role

We are seeking a commercially‑minded Project Manager to lead strategic initiatives from concept through to delivery and benefits realisation. This hybrid role, based in Stratford, London, offers the chance to manage high‑profile programmes and influence organisational change on an international scale.

Key responsibilities

• Lead end‑to‑end delivery of complex projects, ensuring alignment with strategic business objectives.
• Develop and maintain realistic, data‑driven project plans that adapt to changing priorities, risks and dependencies.
• Manage multi‑disciplinary, geographically dispersed teams and third‑party suppliers.
• Drive project governance, reporting, RAID management and benefits realisation throughout the lifecycle.
• Build strong relationships with senior stakeholders, influencing decisions and ensuring alignment on outcomes.
• Oversee budgets, procurement, contracts and supplier relationships to achieve value for money.
• Identify and mitigate risks while ensuring compliance with organisational and regulatory requirements.
• Facilitate project reviews, lessons learned and continuous improvement activities.

Required profile

• Significant experience delivering large, complex projects within multinational organisations.
• Proven ability to manage multi‑million‑pound budgets, resources and competing priorities.
• Experience working in matrix environments and leading virtual, geographically dispersed teams.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to influence senior leaders.
• Demonstrated experience managing third‑party suppliers, contracts and external delivery partners.
• Solid governance, risk management, compliance and assurance expertise.
