Operations Manager

About the role

The Operations Manager is responsible for the day‑to‑day operational backbone of Genese Solutions, overseeing administration, facilities, procurement, logistics, travel and events. This hands‑on leadership role ensures smooth execution across teams and acts as the operational link between Admin, HR and Finance.

Key responsibilities

• Directly supervise, coach and evaluate the Admin team, setting priorities and holding them accountable.
• Manage office administration, facilities, procurement, events and travel logistics, ensuring processes run without disruption.
• Oversee facility upkeep, vendor contracts and compliance with safety standards while managing related budgets.
• Plan and execute company events, handling budgets, vendor selection and post‑event evaluation.
• Build and refine SOPs, identify inefficiencies and lead company‑wide process‑improvement initiatives.
• Coordinate cross‑departmental operations, partnering with HR on onboarding and with Finance on budgeting and expense tracking.

Required profile

• 8+ years of experience in operations or office management, including at least 3 years supervising staff.
• Strong grasp of finance basics such as budgeting, reconciliation and reporting.
• Proven ability to manage corporate travel programs and event logistics.
• Excellent organizational, vendor‑management and people‑management skills.
• Effective cross‑functional communication and comfort with ambiguity.
