About the role
The Project Support Administrator will work closely with internal and external sales teams, providing dedicated support to an Area Sales Manager and ensuring excellent service for customers. Based near Yardley in Birmingham, the role blends administrative duties with project coordination in a manufacturing and design environment.
Key responsibilities
- Answer telephone calls and handle general enquiries.
- Process architect/contractor sample requests, including web requests.
- Order samples from suppliers as required.
- Produce pricing quotations.
- Process factory registrations and reservations.
- Provide product data sheets on request.
- Maintain an accurate CRM database in SAP for each project.
- Store project‑specific sales data in Microsoft Teams.
- Log client appointments and plan follow‑up actions using Outlook, Teams and SAP.
- Compose letters and emails as needed.
Required profile
- Previous experience in a similar administrative or sales support role.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Highly motivated self‑starter with a professional attitude and attention to detail.
- Analytical thinking and strategic approach.
- High personal integrity and accountability.
Required skills
- SAP (experience preferred but not essential).
- Microsoft Teams.
- Microsoft Outlook.
- Microsoft Office applications.

- Salary range £28,000 – £30,000 per year.
