Project Support Coordinator – Banking Projects (Hybrid)

About the role

Join a leading banking client in Manchester as a Project Support Coordinator. This six‑month fixed‑term position offers a hybrid working model, allowing you to collaborate on high‑impact projects while spending four days a week in the office.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain project plans, schedules, and documentation such as charters, deliverables, status reports, and change requests.
• Coordinate meetings, capture minutes, and follow up on action items with stakeholders.
• Monitor task progress, flag potential delays, and proactively escalate issues.
• Facilitate communication across cross‑functional teams to ensure alignment on deliverables.
• Assist in preparing presentations and progress updates for senior leadership.

Required profile

• Experience in project support or administration within financial services or professional‑services environments.
• Strong organisational, time‑management, and documentation abilities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills for interacting with stakeholders at all levels.
• Detail‑oriented mindset with the ability to prioritise competing demands.
