About the role

This is an excellent opportunity for an Electrician who enjoys varied project work, takes pride in high‑quality workmanship and wants to continue building technical skills across electrical installations and renewable technologies.

Key responsibilities

• Carry out high‑quality electrical installation work across domestic and commercial projects.
• Complete testing and inspection tasks where qualified.
• Diagnose electrical issues and provide safe, effective solutions.
• Deliver a professional, reliable service to customers.
• Support a varied workload across Sussex and surrounding areas.
• Work on or develop skills in Air Source Heat Pumps, Solar PV and EV Charger installations.
• Follow safe working practices and relevant electrical regulations.
• Collaborate independently and as part of a professional electrical team.

Required profile

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation or equivalent.
• 18th Edition qualification.
• Strong fault‑finding and practical problem‑solving abilities.
• Reliable, motivated and customer‑focused approach.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Required skills

• NVQ Level 3 Electrical Installation.
• 18th Edition qualification.
• Testing and inspection qualifications.
• Experience with Air Source Heat Pump installations.
• Experience with Solar PV installations.
• Experience with EV Charger installations.
• MCS‑related training or EV charge‑point installation certification.
